WARRANTY RETURNS

International Eyewear products are supplied with a 2 year warranty* against manufacturing defects, from the date of opticians purchase. In the unlikely event that your frame needs to be returned please complete the ‘Warranty Returns Form’ which can be downloaded below, and return along with the frame to returns Department, Atelier House, 27 Blackberry Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 4NX. We aim to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Terms & Conditions:

International Eyewear products are supplied with a 2 year warranty* against manufacturing defects, from the date of opticians purchase.

International Eyewear will not cover breakages caused by misuse, alterations or scratched sunglass lenses.
International Eyewear cannot accept responsibility for prescription lenses fitted into our ophthalmic frames or sunglasses. We will assess the frame on receipt and, if it is deemed to be covered by our warranty policy, we will supply a replacement part or frame.

If we are unable to provide you with a replacement frame, we will credit you the cost of the original frame.

APPROVAL RETURNS

International Eyewear offer a 7 day* on approval service for your patient to view their chosen frame. In the event that a frame is not suitable for your patient and you would like to return it, please complete the ‘Approval Returns Form’ which can be downloaded below, and return along with the frame to Atelier House, 27 Blackberry Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 4NX. We aim to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Terms & Conditions:

International Eyewear offer a 7 day* (*unless otherwise authorised by an IEL Representative) on approval service.

Frames ordered on approval which are not retained in practice must be returned within 7 days* from the date of purchase accompanied with a completed returns form.

All frames must be returned in a saleable condition, in the original packaging along with any cases or display material.

All frames must be clean and free from price labels or sticky residue.

FRAME RETURNS

We have every confidence in the design and quality of International Eyewear frames, however we understand that from time to time it may be necessary for you to make a return. With that in mind we need to consider Covid-19 and the steps required to ensure that the frames are returned safely and in a saleable condition. When making a frame return please follow the below steps:

  • – Ensure frames are thoroughly cleaned using our preferred 5 Step Frame Cleaning Guide method
  • – Individually package frames in a clear, sealed plastic frame bag
  • – Return frames with the original invoice information. In addition to this, the invoice should also be signed and dated to confirm that all frames have been cleaned to our requirements
  • – All frame returns must be agreed in advance with your Regional Sales Manager (This does not apply to warranty frames or frames that have been sent out on approval)
  • – We are also taking extra precautions, we will not open any returns for 72 hours upon receipt. This measure has been implemented to ensure staff safety when handling the product. All returns will be checked and cleaned before adding back into our live stock system.
